№ 242
LORD KNOWS
This is not my final breath, rather, this is a new dawn. The fire that burns me is the fire that shapes me. I do not shun the change, I embrace it, I yield to it. I close my eyes and kiss the fire, immolating as if it were a sacred rite, but the Lord knows, I’ll sustain.
This is my fate, to rise from the ashes. The challenge of this mountain, to face the world anew. It is my triumph, to overcome the pain. I feel the Lord’s presence, in the midst of this heavy rain.
