Enemy Effigies+
The paradoxical cycles of life ensue, met by the faceless enemy. Who I once considered a friend, fed by my mother, cared by my people, wearing the colors of my own, is at the end of the blade that is showing me no mercy. A friend lost by the embodiment of their own ego, a product of their environment, blinded from the truth of the matter. Far from saving, any remaining soul has departed from this vessel that stands before me, no longer a human, but an effigy.
