I’ll Protect You in Every Life

We may not have always been destined to be together, but I feel as though we were destined to meet. It may not be in ways we could ever expect; In every timeline, we may have been lovers dancing with each other’s hearts, or birthed into family that we grew to nurture, or strangers conversating in the midst of reaching separate destinations, or maybe we were never given the chance, only locking eyes from a distance, a subtle whisper in the wind, an afterthought of what could’ve been. I just know that no matter how we meet again, how we love, or how we leave this very Earth, I’ll protect you in every life.
